Garlic & Basil  Olive Oil

This is a beautiful 250 ml square bottle of garlic-basil flavoured olive oil. We use top quality domestic basil and roasted garlic to flavour the oil, resulting in a superb tasting olive oil. This oil can be used on fish, in salads, as a dipping oil, over grilled fillets, with mashed potatoes, over grilled bread, over pasta and in many other ways.

Fig & Olive Vinaigrette

We've combined three beloved Mediterranean ingredients together, Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar and Figs to create this special salad dressing.
 
Ingredients: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Olives, Capers, Mustard, Salt and
Pepper.

Fig & Olive Tapenade

We've combined three beloved Mediterranean ingredients together, figs, olives and rosemary. The sweetness of the dried mission figs is a perfect complement to the salty black olives. It is a delightful and unexpected flavour combination. Serve alongside pork, lamb or chicken. .
