As a child growing up in Scotland we had an all purpose salve called GERMILINE, it was used for everything. When we started formulating an Olive Oil based “salve” the name was easy CASTILINE. That was the easy part, the other criteria was pretty tough..

Castiline has a pure olive oil base into which are incorporated the plants we grow. The blend is synergistic, each herb working with the others in the correct proportions. Castiline has no chemical stabilizers and is thickened with beeswax.This outstanding salve can be used on red irritated areas, cuts, abrasions, cracked hands, nappy rash, burns, sunburn, cold sores etc.The salve comes in a 50gm stainless steel tin.
